FAQ

Is a private charter not expensive ?
NO is the answer, and for this reason;
If you book a private trip, you can decide where you will go, what you will do, how long you will do it and what times.
Dietary restrictions or other wishes are also taken into account.
For example, if you were to book our 4.5 hour specials for 6 people, it would cost you less than $29 per person per hour!
What should i bring with me ?
• Reef safe Sunscreen.
• If you want to swim bring a towel and Beachware.

Why do we have to pay for the Stinapa Marine Park Tag ?
Stinapa is our local organisation that helps to protect our nature. They not only maintain our mooring but also set up a lot of programs to preserve our nature. Like the coral restoration program.
While sailing or snorkeling in Bonaire, can i feed the fish ?
Sorry, but no feeding is allowed in the marine park. All fish have a task in the eco• sysem. By feeding you’ll disrupt the eco• system because the fish will not eat their natural food anymore. This can have big consequenses for the reef.
So the most simple thing to do is; do not feed!
What am i going to see if i go snorkeling or diving from the sailboat ?
• Definately all kinds of reef fish and corals.
• There is a good chance of seeing turles, squit and murray eals.
• Sometimes dolfins, (eagle/Sting)• rays, or octopuses, are spotted.
• If it’s your lucky day you might spot a reef shark, but we don’t see those often.

Do i need to buy the Stinapa Marina Park tag ?
if you stay more then one day on the island the answer is yes, cruise ship passengers do not need to buy one.
I've never sailed before, what to expect?
• Hopefully the best water sport activity you ever did.
• Yes, a sailboat rocks and heels depending on waves and wind.
• No, a sailboat doesn't tumble over, it has a 7 ft and 3 ton keel to prevent that to happen.
What are the types of payment methods you are working with ?
• Credit Card (we will charge an extra 5% on the bill)
• Cash
• Bank transfer (only with local or dutch bank's)
