Cancellation policy for the Private Sailing & Snorkeling trip
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event.
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 3 days or less before the event.
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 25% if booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the event.
What happens if the weather is bad?
- We prioritize safety. In case of unsuitable weather, we will reschedule or offer a refund.

I booked a private sailing/snorkeling trip on the Solobon sailing boat last Thursday together with my 16 year old daughter.
It was absolutely amazing and would highly recommend. Patrick and Linda are super sweet hosts. Linda joined us in our snorkeling adventures.
She was able to tell us a lot about the fish and other sea animals that we saw and als spotted animals we would have missed otherwise!
The boat itself is perfect and seeing the Bonaire island from the sea is just very beautiful. We had good wind and were able to sail most of the trip.
We were on the look out for turtles. Which we did not see but got a massive bonus with a whole group of dolphins swimming next to our boat.
Patrick and Linda extended our half day tour with an additional 30-45 min to sail along the dolphins for a while. This was a truly amazing and fun experience!! Bites and drinks on the boat are super.
Marina village is easy to reach and has ample parking options. 10 out of 10!

We had the absolute pleasure of sailing with Patrick and Lisa on their beautiful sailboat, and it was hands down one of the highlights of our trip to Bonaire! This was a last-minute reservation, and Patrick was incredibly accommodating communicating promptly via WhatsApp so we felt fully prepared and informed every step of the way.
From the moment we stepped on board, it was clear we were in excellent hands. Patrick and Lisa were amazing as captain and co-captain, sailing us to some of the most breathtaking snorkeling spots we've ever experienced. The water was crystal clear, and the marine life was vibrant and abundant.
The sailboat itself was immaculate clean, spacious, and equipped with a surprisingly spotless and comfortable bathroom below deck. Drinks flowed freely, and the mango juice with rum was a delicious tropical treat we couldn’t get enough of!
The attention to detail didn’t stop there. We were served delicious snacks, including brie and herb wraps in tortillas and chilled fruit kabobs that hit the spot after hours of snorkeling. Every aspect of the experience felt thoughtfully curated and genuinely hospitable.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bonaire looking for an unforgettable sail and snorkel adventure! And it was so much fun to get to waive to from shore during your sunset cruise.

Stop scrolling! If you are going to Bonaire, book this charter!..
Let me begin by saying I normally don't write reviews, so this may be a bit wonky. But we just returned from an ABC cruise in which we chartered this for a half-day snorkel and sail charter while in Bonaire and it was easily the highlight of our entire trip!
The trip from the port to the marina is extremely easy, and you are met at the gate by the Captain of the vessel. We then spent the next 4.5 hours with the most pleasant experience sailing across the gorgeous waters around Bonaire with two snorkeling stops, a number of tasty snacks (the cheese and jam wraps and chicken salad wraps were my personal faves!), and as many drinks (cocktails or N/A) as you wanted. This was a perfect choice for us because our group was quite diverse. We had three generations ranging from 13 to 70 on board, and our youngest daughter has disabilities and is not the strongest swimmer. But the vessel was able to accommodate everyone and we had the most amazing experience.
If you've been to Bonaire, you know it is a great place, and there are a lot of wonderful things you can do. But trust me when I say that you will not find a better experience or value than SoloBon Sailing!! We hope to get back to the ABC islands in another 2-3 years and the first thing we will do when we have that cruise booked is to reserve this charter!
