Great sailing and snorkeling sail-especially cruise ship passengers..
Had a fantastic time sailing with Patrick and Linda with Solomon sailing.
They were extremely responsive and friendly during the booking process and sailing. We cruised on the carnival Celebration and it was an easy 6 min cab ride to get to the marina. My family of 7 (parents, sister, myself, husband, and 2 kids 16 and 10) thoroughly enjoyed our sail and snorkel. Linda took great care to join us snorkeling and pointing out interesting sea life and information.
My 10 year old was tired on our 2nd snorkel spot and she towed him back to the boat with a noodle and kept him distracted. My teen needs glasses and they had corrective lens snorkel mask to help him see clearer underwater. It was the best snorkeling I’ve encountered and we even saw a turtle! Linda and Patrick kept the snacks (Brie wrap, chicken wrap, fruit tray, and charcuterie tray) and drinks flowing.
Our whole family raved about the experience and we would 100 percent recommend, especially to cruisers. We saw a cruise ship excursion packed to the gills and felt very lucky to have been able to sail with Solobon.

Highlight of our trip..
On our second visit to Bonaire we knew we wanted to sail and snorkel. We chose Solobon because we could book a private charter for our 4 person group. We are so glad we did.
It was a short ride in a taxi from the cruise port to the lovely marina they operate from near the edge of town. Within minutes we were out on the water under sail. The boat was clean and well maintained. The provided snorkeling gear was also in very good shape.
The skipper Patrick and mate Linda are very experienced sailors and Linda is also a diving instructor. They were amazing hosts and shared their local knowledge and love of the water and sailing with us. They gave us great suggestions on where to swim to and what to look for while snorkeling. If snorkeling isn't your speed, they also had noodles and water hammocks for folks that just want to float in the beautiful blue water.
Our 4.5 hour charter included drinks and several flights of small snacks. It was long enough for some exciting sailing broken up by relaxing swims in the water.
When we were done, they called a taxi for us to take us back into town.
I recommend Solobon Sailing to anyone that visits Bonaire. Our time with them was the highlight of our ABC island cruise.

We had a fantastic day aboard Solobon! From the moment we stepped on board, we felt hugely welcome thanks to the hospitality of Linda and Patrick. They have done everything to give us a relaxing and unforgettable day.
The sailing trip itself was wonderfully relaxed, with beautiful views and a relaxed atmosphere. Along the way we made two amazing snorkel stops, where we could enjoy the crystal clear water and the colorful underwater world. Everything was arranged to perfection, from the comfortable boat to the delicious snacks and drinks.
Linda and Patrick are not only super professional, but also incredibly friendly and attentive. It felt like we were spending a day with friends!
Thank you again so much for this great experience. We warmly recommend Solobon for anyone looking for a unique and relaxing sailing trip on Bonaire!

We were a group of four lads and booked this experience online whilst on a Caribbean cruise in April, and honestly it was one of the best things we did during the entire two weeks.
The boat was spacious, comfortable and very well organised, with a great selection of drinks, snacks and a lovely lunch provided throughout the day. The crew were absolutely exceptional and took us to some incredible snorkelling spots.
Swimming with a turtle was genuinely mind-blowing, and seeing the flying fish was something really special.
If you’re thinking about booking an experience like this, don’t hesitate to choose this one — you definitely won’t regret it.

Perfect sailing and snorkeling trip!
We loved this sailing trip with Patrick and Linda! Patrick is a great captain and Linda is so knowledgeable about the marine life. They both know the waters so well and shared so much Bonaire knowledge with us. They were so friendly and attentive and have everything you need to sail comfortably and snorkel too. We could do whatever itinerary we wanted but we were happy with their expert planning. We moored twice both in excellent spots to see a large variety of fish and a couple turtles too. Linda knew so much about the coral reefs and fish and explained so much during our snorkel adventures.
In between moorings, we had a great sail over to Klein Bonaire where we snorkeled a second time. The snacks made by Linda were delicious (the pineapple omg best we've ever had) and she kept them flowing throughout as well as offering us drinks and water.
We had such a great time and just love Patrick and Linda and their stories and would do this trip with them again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

This is my family’s second time in 2 years sailing with SoloBon, and the experience is world-class. I cannot recommend it enough! We loved the care and friendliness of Patrick and Linda, and I especially loved that they switched our tanks out for us between our first and second dives. I loved the capable way they sailed us around with total confidence. The boat is on gorgeous condition too. The food was excellent and catered to our dietary restrictions. Patrick and Linda are true Bonarians and are very knowledgeable about the island, diving, and wildlife. I can’t wait for the next time we get to go sailing with SoloBon!

Excellent charter day for all ages
My family had the best day on the water with Solobon. We all say it was our favorite day of the trip! My elderly parents as well as 2 young boys all enjoyed themselves. We were able to schedule the day exactly as we please. Started with snorkeling, with turtles! Before heading on a cruise and eventually mooring so the boys could jump off the boat. Food, drinks, company, all made the day perfect.
If coming from the cruise port it’s an easy walk along the water.

The best part was that we actually sailed the entire time. Too often we've booked "sailing" excursions and ended up on a catamaran under engine the entire trip.
Solobon is a legit SAILING experience.

Great family sail!
We had an amazing sailing trip with Linda and Patrick. They were amazing hosts and kids and adults all had a great time! We enjoyed Linda's snorkeling expertise and even got to see sea turtle!

We had the great luck of finding and booking SoloBon Sailing for a half day charter during a stop in Bonaire on a cruise. They were punctual and super friendly. We were able to customize what we wanted to do, and they made sure we had a great time. They took us to two fabulous snorkeling sites and found a pod of about 50 dolphins and allowed us to sail beside them for almost half an hour. They provided great snacks and drinks and made sure that we had a ride waiting for us at the marina to get us back to our ship with plenty of time to spare. I would highly recommend them if you are staying on the island or coming in on a cruise ship.
